I put several videos in a queue last night. When i stood up this morning only 2 where uploaded and the third video was on 98,**%.
The Video was available on YouTube with all information's (description, tags, etc) but without the thumbnail.

I used the auto installer yesterday to update and after installation I also logged in again new. It seems there where no issues with installation.

I also tried to restart Youploader when i saw this problem accured but after restart nothign happend.
I changed the Thumbnail manuel on youtube and deleted this video in YouPloader queue :)

It is the video from this line:

Issue description: Videos are stuck at 0% uploaded on YouTube. http://i.imgur.com/dAkGVRhm.jpg

The "Test" video is the one I am referring to, which has been at that state since the upload finished, about 12 hours now. The video is an .mp4 file that is 18.1 gb.

On the plus side, the issue two others reported with upload speed and that I was also having the last time I used the program was fixed by simply upgrading to 64-bit Java. I am now uploading at the same speed as I was in SJYU.

A bug I experienced: When I put Skyrim in the Game Title field, the upload would not start and I would get this error in the logfile: 06:35:35.467 AWT-EventQueue-0 ERROR at.becast.youploader.util.AutocompleteComboBox Error updating game combo box entries

Lastly, a few requests.

1. In SJYU, I could quickly cut and paste things by right clicking in any text field and a menu would pop up with Cut/Copy/Paste/Select All/Delete.
2. A minimize to tray feature and a start minimized to tray feature.
3. When the program starts, all uploads that were previously in process automatically start again without having to push the start button again. If the computer is restarted while uploads are in process, then the program starts up with windows (I can put the program in the startup folder if necessary but a setting saves this step), starts minimized to tray (by user choice in settings) and automatically begins uploads. I want the program to always be running in the background, continuously uploading and I only open it to add a new upload and go about my day!

Uploading thumbnails with your vids would be awwweeesome.

About Page info says BUILD ${env.BUILD_DISPLAY_NAME} and clicking OK doesn't close the window.

Currently the Upload speed is off by 24 bytes (ye olde 1000 kb != 1024kb issue).
The speed reliability should be improved

Issue description: i cant save the template if i create a new one and edit it. If i edit one it change all of the templates. not the only one which i would like to edit

Issue description: The program keeps spinning after trying to link account.

Issue description: Immediate java error on launch, application never opens.

Worked fine on previous version, nothing else changed.
I looked at the log file, it doesn't generate anything at all, but I can still upload it if you like.

Issue description:
When creating either a template or an upload, if one selects "Category: Gaming" (this action alone is safe) then adds a "Game Title", the program does not properly save the template or upload to the database.

If it is a new template, it will appear to save, but will not be retained across a program restart.
If it is an existing template, attempting to update it with a Game Title will not save the Title, and will also prevent any other changes from saving.

If the upload is new, it will be added to the queue, but will not be retained across a program restart.
If the upload is existing, attempting to update it with a Game Title will not save the Title, and will also prevent any other changes from saving. (Note: The "Update Upload" button will not change either)

(In one observed case, clicking "Update upload" after adding a "Game Title" caused a separate upload to be added to the queue with each click. This behavior is not consistent and I have not reproduced this.)

Issue description: The Upload works just fine but the program stucks at Updating Metadata and doesn't start the next Upload. I have to restart YouPloader to start the next Upload.

Issue description: I uploaded some Videos and added a gametitle in YouPloader. After the Videos were uploaded to youtube there wasn't a gametitle so i had to add it manually on youtube. The Log says Upload failed but the Videos were uploaded to youtube.

The program launches in it's standard configuration, it should remember it's size setting and position!

Issue description:
When I go through all the steps to connect to my YouTube account, the internet browser window disappears like everything connected properly, but the window with the code to connect remains. I've tried restarting my laptop and restarting my YouPloader session with no success.

I put 10 Videos inside Uploader this night, but it only uploaded 2 Videos (003 and 004) untill finish...
this morning as i stood up i had to restart YouPloader to go on with Video 005

YoupLoader only uploaded 2 Videos again (005 and 006) and stoped working again.

The Video Files are around 5 GB filesize and one Video need arround 1 Hour and a few Minutes to upload.

Issue description:
There is not Issue i could not handle at the moment, but i dont know where i can make suggestions.

So here i go.

Seperated Time and Date form:
As i used “Simple Java YouTube Uploader” by Dennis Fischer one thing that where realy missing for me was to seperate the time from the date to save the time for each template as a default upload time.
e.g: i upload my monster Hunter Videos and Scheduled them to date 12:00 pm and i also upload my Wow Videos ever day on 13:00 pm
When i actualy save the date+time in Youploader the date will still be the same like i saved days ago.

Video Annotations:
On every video i have a 1 Minute outro at the end of the video. Atm i am using VidQ to copy the annotations from one video to another. Do you think it would be possible to add this function directly on upload?

Filename as Titel:
When i used simple java uploader back in the past the tool always took my filename as Titel for this episode.
Could you make it possible? (if you want to, then with a checkbox: "Use Filename as Titel")
cause every time i pick up the next video episode, i have to copy paste the name of the file and insert it into the titel. Its not a big deal but it would be more convenient.

when i upload the next episode i always have to change my upload template specific on the video number i am uploading
e.g:

could you do a insert box where i can put in a episode number and it would be saved in a variable like this:

you are doing an awesom job!!! after the old tool bei Dennis fish stoped working last month i was so obsad.... i used this tool daylie and it saved me tones of time... after it did not uploaded anymore i went crazy... uploading on Youtube upload side is realy shitty.... so i thank you in any any way i can!

As per #36 a context menu for copy & paste

I added a video to the Queue and started uploading, then realised that I hadn't set it to Scheduled. So I Cancelled Upload and went back to the Video Settings tab. I changed it to Scheduled and chose the video file again, but when I clicked Add to Queue, it wouldn't put it in the queue. When I restarted the program, it did add it to the queue.

Issue description:
Umlauts in the title seem to result in an Upload error as per #47

How do I install this on a mac? What file(s) do I download? Which file is the mac installer?

Youploader should have a reliable auto updater.

Some things in the Queue are displayed in a wrong language upon restart due to being hardcoded.

The program should just stop you from trying to upload a video without a title (or throw in a default one)--if I remember correctly, on YouTube's website, it won't let you have a video with no title.

As of now, you can add a title-less video to the queue, but when you try to begin uploading, nothing happens. Discovered this while trying to upload random files to test the upload speed, and figured out the cause through trial and error.

Just a little quality of life thing that should go into the next version, imo.

YouPloader is limited to 1000 atm.

When you have active queue items, and the queue sometimes gets stuck, forcing a close and reopening of the app, any set release dates get lost and all queued items revert to "not set".

If i upload a File with Youploader the Name of the Raw File changes on Youtube.

For Example after i click on edit button >

With YouPloader:
RAW-Datei: this+is+my+filename+with+spaces.mp4

With Upload Button on Youtube:
RAW-Datei: this is my filename with spaces - Kopie.mp4

I think this is importand because of SEO issues.
I am using Tags and Video relevant words for a better search rank as raw file name... But i do not know how much the "+" effects the ranking instead of real spaces.

All i could find on Google was this code i believe it is c++ or PHP but not java:
rawurldecode() verwandelt beim Dekodieren Pluszeichen ('+') nicht in Leerzeichen. Dies erledigt urldecode().

I dont know if there is a possibility to fix this problem.

Uploads with Playlist will hang the Metadata update.

Its kind of hard to explain but i think my system shutdown whilst Youploader had some videos queued up, now whenever i go into Youploader and try to remove said items from the queue by using the 'cancel upload' button they just stay there as if the button does nothing. Any help is appreciated.

If you check the "Titel from Filename" box and instert an File the Counter did not Count untill you type in anything manual.

IF you only choose a file the counter stay at (0/100) (even if the text is over 100 letters)

i tried to figure out why this video isnt uploading... it seems you can click on "add to queue" even if the titel is over 100 letters if you.

If your net goes down while a video is uploading, it seems to believe the upload is complete. When you go to YT after reconnecting, the video will be processing. It'd be good if it recognised when your net went down and treated it like you'd pressed Stop, so you could resume later.

I've tried both the exe and zip downloads. The exe seems to install fine but trying to run the program results in nothing happening. Same with the jar. If I try to launch it via the prompt I also get a "cannot find main class" message.

0.4 launches without any problems.

Is this still being worked on? No update for a long time + nothing going on here for a while.

Essentially what is happening is it's uploading as normal but with some videos (It seems to be random which ones) they will get to between 97 & 99.99% then the progress bar will stop for no apparent reason then if i go to check my video manager on YouTube it shows that the video upload was cancelled & the only thing i can do is delete said video, is there any way to fix this?

Issue description:
YouPloader never launches, from exe or jar. I've never ran YouPloader before, but after it initially failed I tried installing older versions (which launched), and upgrading a step at a time, deleted %userprofile%\YouPloader\data every step along the way.
