You need to make a new workflow to get the latest version from the repository.

mojang has changed the way packs are downloaded, ie aka.ms will be redirected to the github repository, causing bedrock.dev to no longer download packs.

Was looking through all of the versions provided by this repo, and I realized I have a few extra vanilla resource packs from back in the early Bedrock days, and I thought they may be helpful to have here too. Thanks so much for keeping track of all these archives over the updates! Having them all available with an easy download is super helpful.

I tried uploading them to this issue itself, but GitHub didn't like that. I uploaded them to Google Drive instead.
