problem from you put it at mods not assets,idk but maybe this not bug,xml and txt need change name
like noteSplashes-diamond
change txt and xml name to note splash-diamond
it need change when files at mods if at assets so name is noteSplashes-name

I use the mod pack in Gamebanana, i put it in mods folder, pc player doesn't have this bug. And how about save problem, did u fixed it?
