• Confirmed cases
• Recoveries

Show excess number of deaths for a given country compared to the same period of the previous year, or the average of previous years (not sure where to get the data from).

As a user, when I enter the page, I want to see the popup window explaining how to read the graph, and what the different numbers mean. I want to be able to then close the popup, and reopen it on demand, i.e. with an INFO button on the bottom of the screen.

Make this conditional respecting prefers-reduced-motion

Geolocation is ignored and the fallback country data is loaded due to the fact that the countries array is empty on the first render.
