Are there any way to change the speed on firmware v1.31?

How do i downgrade the scooter. In soft tuner it says that the oldest possible version is 1.31. and i need 1.26 for the hack to work

I have kingsong tuner 1.3 version and cant get 1.2 back! I already had 1.2 but accidentally pressed update. I deleted it, downloaded it again and got the 1.3 version. Does anyone know how to get the 1.2 version back? benjamin 1.3 patched version didnt work. Now my scooter go max 25km/h.

It seems that the King Song web server returns bad data which causes the crash

When trying to install the "EWay_Scooter_v1.0.15_speed.apk" i get the following error:
"There was a problem parsing the package"

I'm running Android 11 with June security patch.

When I try to run the patch_apk.sh i get (in Windows):

Has anyone tested this with the newer E-xxxx series of scooters? for example the E-3530 or E-5045?

The E-5045 looks identical to the E500 other than minor visual differences

Please how do I down grade my scutter software to 1.26? I have the eway 6045 and it comes with 1.31 by default I got your app and removing the speed limit doesn't work so I'm looking to down grade but I don't know how to do it with this app?

Setting the speed to Unlimited, the Gears seem to be set to the following max. speed:
P1/Eco = 15 km/h
P2/Drive = 25 km/h
P3/Sport = Unlimited

Would it be possible to change the max. speed of the Eco gear to 20 km/h, iow.:
P1/Eco = 20 km/h
P2/Drive = 25 km/h
P3/Sport = Unlimited

This would make it possible to use the Eco gear to maintain the legal max speed during inner city travels, without having to keep an eye on the speedometer.

Would it be possible to add an option to change tyre change in this app? I'v updates 10 inch wheels on mine and they are the best, but the speedometer shows invorrect speed and it also effects to scooters efficiency kinda a lot. Thanks for your response.

Hi, can’t change speed limit on e-way e-3550. GPS connection error while tapping on speed limit button.

E-way E-6075FRS. After installing the latest version, it claims I have 1.31 firmware on my scooter. Max speed is 25km/h. I never updated my firmware or even installed the official app. After downgrading back to the earlier version of the patched app I get the option for unlimited speed back, but the app still claims I have 1.31 firmware. Also confirmed on the scooter that the speed is looking unlocked after installing the earlier version.

Edit: Downloaded the official wilfa app, and weirdly enough, it also shows that my firmware is updated to the latest one, even though I don't ever remember updating it. I must have accidentally updated it somehow. Also the earlier version of the patch still works, even though others claim it doesn't work on 1.31.

Could this mean that the speed hack can also work on the latest firmware? Seems weird to me that the old version of the hack works on the latest firmware, but not the new, but that's exactly how ot works for me. Would be nice if I could have the latest app as it also has support for locking the scooter with a pin.

Have used this hack for a while with no issues. Then yesterday, while driving my bike started to beeb with error and turned off and could not be turned on. When I connected the charger, it could be turned on, but tuned off when disconnected. Checked connections on controller and found no issues. Then I tried to install original software and set speed to regular limit. After that, it looks to work normally. Could be a coincident, so will try to hack it again and see if it happens again, but if anyone else see same issue this could be your fix.

Unable to install Eway_Scooter_v1.0.15_speed.apk on Samsung S20 Android 12. Getting "Appen blev ikke installeret, da pakken lader til at være ugyldig" (App not installed as package appears to be invalid).

• Developer mode enabled, Chrome allowed to install
• Tried uninstalling all E-ways apps, rebooting and installing. same error

Thanks for the solution to get my E-350 go a little faster. Tried it on the first version and it worked fine a couple of days. Then the scooter randomly died when i drove it and it would not start after. I had to wait a few hours for it to start, connecting charger wont do it either.

After a few weeks I got back to the original Wilfa-app and set the speed to 20km/h (is this how to reverse it to previous state?) and i tough it was fine. I was wrong. Still randomly dies and something in the morning it wont even start, if i try later in the day it starts. Very randomly.

Link to screen-shot from faultlist. Does anyone know whats broken and how to fix it? Have a reversed it to original the wrong way?

I did upgrade the original firmware now but still same problems:

Version: 1.31

Yeah, I know what game I was playing when trying it out so the damage may be done already but I still have some hope.. :-)

Does anyone know how to get hands on the ks-pl 1.20 firmware version for my e-way e500 that it came with updated it to 1.31 with SoftTuner that is on ios but i cant downgrade it anymore because the firmware version link dosent exist anymore?

Tried to remove the speed limit on fw 1.31 - unfortunately not working.

For me it does not work. App goes fine and it shows unlimited but it wont allow speed to go over 25kmh in finland. Has this something to do with gps?

Super happy with the app, Have used it since March on my Samsung S9 running android 10 UI-version 2,5, and it works perfectly every time except i think it's clocking wrong KM on the odometer(trip meter) no issue TBH
Unfortunately when reciving my new phone Samsung S22 running Android 12 UI 4.1, I'm not able to install it due error messages.
Yes phone is in developer mode.

I wonder if this app could be also modified to work on a wear os watch. It already seems to work when I sideloaded it to my watch, but the ui doesn't fit on the screen so I can't connect to my scooter.

I got the E-way E600Max scooter, installed your app, and the app connected to the scooter and everything worked as described. However, there were a few quality issues with the scooter, so I had to get a replacement (same model). But the app is unable to find the new scooter. The original Wilfa app does find it (as "E-600MAX-26334") and connects, so there is no problem with the BT connectivity. In the original app I can see that the scooter runs v1.20 of the firmware (I have not upgraded to 1.26), which is the same as the last scooter did, I think. How can I get the app to connect to the new scooter?

Also, I would request a speed limit option of about 32 km/h (= 20 mph). This equals the "US" mode of the Ninebot G30 MAX, which seems to be a reasonable speed for the scooter hardware. Unlimited (about 40 km/h) feels a bit too fast and unsafe, and 25 a bit too slow.
