Weather App This project is a simple weather application that allows users to search for weather information in different cities. It retrieves data from the OpenWeatherMap API and displays it in a user-friendly interface.
How to Use Search for a City: Enter the name of the city you want to check the weather for in the search bar. Search Button: Click on the search button or press Enter to fetch the weather information for the entered city. Weather Information: Once the data is fetched, the application displays various weather details including temperature, description, humidity, and wind speed. Background Image: The background image changes dynamically based on the searched city, providing a visual representation of the weather conditions. Dependencies OpenWeatherMap API: The application uses the OpenWeatherMap API to retrieve weather data for the entered city. Fonts: It utilizes the "Open Sans" font family for a clean and modern typography. Unsplash API: Background images are sourced from Unsplash API based on the searched city to provide a visually appealing experience. Files Included index.html: HTML file containing the structure of the application interface. style.css: CSS file for styling the elements and layout of the application. script.js: JavaScript file containing the logic to fetch weather data from the API and update the interface accordingly. Getting Started To run the application locally, you can simply open the index.html file in a web browser. However, please note that an internet connection is required to fetch weather data from the API.
