Works only with agentset as input.

It could be Double as default

Turning turtles turtles should be a (growable) Vector and upon
the 1st die, they should be turned to an IntMap.

Full Optimization requires either:

a) static analysis
b) dynamically-changing datastructure

Naive optimization just parses the whole program to check for call to die operator.

check how it is done with Netlogo's BehaviorSpace

(asynchronous die problem)
