Various typos exist, and there are sections missing information (FeeStatus, CalculateRewards)

print() statements within the fivecarddraw modules class methods do not print into notebooks. Check to see if it's possible to change where print() can output. Perhaps even add a toggle if possible. Consider deconstructing the methods instead within the notebook, to be illustrative. Consider how large the deconstruction of the FiveCardDraw object would have to be, in order to provide print statements that way.

A notebook should be created documenting how the Dealer class works. This is especially important as a reference to dealer.ipynb has been made to hand.ipynb, even though it's missing.

There is no documentation about FiveCardDraw and Simulation objects.
