Create package_aragorn_1_2_36 from trna_prediction about galaxytools HOT 3 CLOSED

its now in the test toolshed, can you test it please, will migrate it afterwards. It is also included in 3e388a4 .

Concerning Prokka, are you also working on that? I think I once talked with Lionel, because I also have a variety of wrappers for an automatic annotation pipeline. Maybe you are interested in some of them.

Thank Bjoern, package_aragorn_1_2_36 installed correctly on my test box. Just for future reference the correct commit is 4825378 .
A colleague of mine developed a Prokka wrapper some time ago, today I discovered that also Lionel developed one! I'm going to contact him to join forces and merge the 2 wrappers.
