[jugglingdb] Cradle adapter not leveraging views about resource HOT 3 CLOSED

This commit adds dynamically generated permaviews for every sort of .find query. However, in order to do this we have to procedurally generate the view names. Right now I md5 the stringification of the argument (ie, the object, though the engine will also take functions as well. Point is, the output names don't have any semantic cues and that's less than ideal.

This commit uses a view per-nature and filters that in-memory. I see it as a weak compromise myself, but at least it doesn't have the hash-named views problem.
