I'm exploring using the Home Depot's go implementation of clouddriver, and see I need Arcade. Forgive the questions in an issue...

1. I assume I can use more than one k8s cluster in the home depot clouddriver, as it stores things in a database. However, I don't see which k8s cluster we are requesting tokens from anywhere in the database, nor in the Arcade API. Am I missing how this is done, or is it assumed that both clouddriver and arcade run in each k8s cluster?
2. Would you take PRs for Arcade that implemented additional providers, like Vault for credential storage? Those would not be as short-lived keys, but in some cases that's OK.
3. If there is no context provided and it's assumed all k8s spinnaker-credentials are managed by the same token-granting-service, would you recommend adding a context to the Arcade API (optional, of course) or adding additional ways of getting tokens to go-clouddriver? I'd think the former, where if the context was just the spinnaker account name or something, we could index off that and return a working token either through Arcade or another service that implements this API.
