Create a way to view jasmine tests on a localhost webpage which auto-reloads

Current Situation
Right now, I'm using PhantomJS and avoiding browsers altogether. In the future testing on multiple browsers will be important (For right now we'll just be just manually clicking the debug button for tests)
Note manual testing still has to be done with phones, and this would only be relevant for the webapp side.

What I want
The only way I could see it working is if you got this package:
https://www.npmjs.com/package/karma-jasmine-html-reporter-livereload

But the problem is you still have to click the Debug button every time you start karma. There are some hacky ways to get it to load the debug page when you run karma, but I don't really like that...

If someone can find a clean method of doing this I'd be really happy.
