Currently, offline cheetah assumes that the detector name is "MPCCD-8-2-001-%d". But we should use more robust logic similar to that in the online cheetah:

    for (int j = 0; j < detIDListAll.size(); j++) {
        if (strncmp(detIDListAll[j].c_str(), "MPCCD-8", 7) == 0) {
            detIDList.push_back(detIDListAll[j]);
        }
    }

Can we assume that eight MPCCD panels are always in the correct order?

To reject immediately stopped runs and runs for time-zero correction.
Otherwise, these runs remain "Waiting" and consumes threads.

When? Before Cheetah? In Cheetah? After?

Should use sy_read_taglist_byrun(buffer, bl, run), which is more robust than current implementation.
