Currently, the big headers/headlines in the website become extremely small in the mobile view and thus decreases the user readability and experience through the website via mobile. Make the fonts in terms of rem units to improve in the mobile view.

When we open the website the very first time, the loading screen is rendering twice.

When scrolling through the website, the header should be sticky and the background should be with glassmorphismic effect.

Description

The Performance of the website is poorly affected due to the initial loading of the animations provided in the homepage. Try to reduce the size of animation in any way to make the performance of the website at the normal level.

Change the current "sponsor" page into "previous sponsor" page as it showcases the sponsors for HackByte 1.0.
Also add a new page with detailed tiers (from the event brochure ), along with the table on page 6 and 7 of the brochure.

This is necessary as the current sponsor tiers are quite different from last year ones.
