As mentioned in 36aa43d#r29094972, need to update the links to link to contents in this repository.

The description about default MPAs in https://how.bitshares.works/en/latest/bts_holders/tokens/privbta.html is no long true when experimenting BSIP 42.

Looks like there were some articles about this hosted on docs.bitshares.org which no longer exist.

On the public testnet details page, the faucet link is broken.

It's not clear to me who will be reading the docs. AKA we need a good UX-design, so people can get started quickly, and get needed info easily.

Currently on https://how.bitshares.works/ site there is no link to https://dev.bitshares.works/, not good for developers to find docs.
