I would kindly ask, if a jellyfin planned to be supported in the future?

@bjoerns1983 - Why is this plugin not in the Emby plugins catalog? It appears to be functional.

• Move to netstandard2.0 and Emby Core 4.0.0.2
• Add Logo
• Rework config.html
• Compability with Playback Reporting
• Check if it is possible to include pictures (not supported by Emby atm)
• Add descriptions
• Better Readme regarding setup
• Automatic retrieve of Chat_ID
• Clean up code

I really like the addon but just switched from emby to jellyfin.
Would it be possible for you to port the plugin to jellyfin?

when you have a lot of media content added (more than one telegram message, the limit for one message is 4096 characters) the plugin wont post anything and shows this error in logs:

Hi,

I updated my plugin to the new version just released.
I'm on Emby 4.8.0.21 Beta

Afterwards, I am not able to configure notifications anymore.
The plugin page itself says it now has no configurations available which I assume is part of the new 4.8 system.

However when I try to add the plugin on the notifications page, it simply does not appear.

Is this an Emby problem, or an issue with the plugin? Or am I doing something silly?
