ChromeOS ship with a linux inside some kind of container. A server running on inside is not accessible from chrome which is outside the container. A solution is to access the server using either penguin.linux.test as domain or the ip of the container.

Using the domain name seems to break the auto-reload feature. I assume the container IP would also break the feature as there is a websocket listening to localhost:8081

package.json specify dependencies on chokidar 2.0.4 or superior. NPM seems to not go to next major version unless explicitely told so.

When trying lovr-webvr-server on an openbsd machine and the vim editor, only the first change to a file was taken into account. Upgrading chokidar to version 3.3 fixed the issue.

I would have opened a pull request but my NPM knowledge is rusty and never covered how to handle package-lock.json file. I currently have a 1.7K lines diff for package-lock.json and I assume it's kinda rude to just drop that into a pull reauest.
