Current version requires "1.9.9", make it for "1.9.8" will backport its support for pré 1.13

Good evening, I'm having a problem with the ItemShops plugin when I update paper on my server. With the version of Paper-404 it works correctly. But as soon as I update (it goes to version 424) it shows the following error.

There are two key things that I would like to be able to do with the menu items in this addon:

1. Allow Inventory Slot to be adjusted on these items.
2. Allow "amount" parameter to not be ignored when using Advanced Shop Style.
3. Allow MenuItem to be edited, but not have this affect the item sold to the user. Example: Adding a lore to a piece of cobblestone to display information, but not having that lore end up on theitem that is purchased by players.

Outside of these things, I really love this add-on for BSP, and have been using it pretty much since it's release back in 2016. I am really happy there is GitHub page for it now as well and thank you for your hard work!

Please specify an API version on the plugin to remove legacy warnings on server startup

The "Previous" and "Next" arrows (when having more than 1 page) are not configurable.
Also the "Menu" button is not configurable, which should be also toggleable so it is not shown when disabled.
