I have a base URL like this "https://pastebin.com/raw/"
and also have an endpoint "19sDPivy" or "user/{4}

want to use the GeneralController class from my UI layer
(or Provider model layer for using state management).
now, what's the exact point from where I can pass this base URL in your ways.

and another some questions,

1. why I need to use the GeneralClient class layer.
2. why not the GeneralClient is dynamic, for passing any endpoint.
