Trying to use this bosh release, and ran into issue with the availability zones configuration.

snippet from bosh manifest:

b-redis-cache:
type: standalone
vm_type: t2.small
network: dynamic-services
azs: [us-east-1a, us-east-1c, us-east-1e]

But the 'azs' params are not being honored. Regardless, the 'manifest' when creating a service, on that plan, always uses 'z1'.

Update the Forge to create Redis 5.0.6 instances

Would like to bump to the latest 5.0.7 release

This Forge needs smoke tests.

Those smoke tests need to validate that a given Blacksmith broker is able to provision some or all of the service plans (per manifest configuration) and use them properly. Whatever "bits" of this BOSH release we build, they need to work with the bits that we set up for blacksmith-community/blacksmith-boshrelease#4.

In general, each test should do the following:

1. Provision the service
2. Bind the service
3. Grab credentials
4. Use the redis CLI, connect to the key-value service
5. Set a key
6. Retrieve a key
