In the alix.config, we can set options, e.g.

options = {
target = posix
}

Avoid overwriting these, and allow them to be configured during the install (with setup.bat or setup.sh)

Currently, a hard-coded path is generated. But we should also support

• a path relative to the executable's location
• overriding the path with an environment variable

Like existing config path, but for writing generated or temporary files

Currently, we always use ./build/{bin,obj} or $ALIX/buld/{bin,obj}

But we should be able to set these independently, per project and system-wide.

(e.g. using a ram disk for the obj directory)
