I am using CSSedit to change things like the banner color and link colors, but when I run a search, none of the CSS is inserted on the search results page like it is for the static pages. URL example: mysite.com/search?query=keyword&scope=site

Does CSSedit support custom CSS on a per-theme basis (different CSS when switching to another theme)? I see only one save, but would like to confirm. If not, any plans on this currently?

First, thanks for making this plugin. I appreciated it.

The .htaccess file that comes with the latest version of Vanilla restricts access to files in /cache for apparent security reasons, and this location is where the compiled files from CSSEdit are served from. What should I do?
