Failed to run `npm run dev`

After running the npm run dev command, this blocking error appears:
✖ ERROR Error: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'unshift')
at /../../my-project-tailwind/preact.config.js:10:13

Changing this line:

preact-tailwind/template/preact.config.js

Line 7 in 64584dc

const plugins = loader.options.plugins;

with

const plugins = loader.options.postcssOptions.plugins;

fixes the problem but I don't know if this will have any side effects
