It looks like the AVFoundation API supports detecting multiple QR codes at once. Let the user select one QR code or select all at once.

In order to present permission dialogues or error messages, the key window's root view controller of the application is identified and used. However, the attribute keyWindow is deprecated. We should find another way to handle this, current ideas:

• Delegate errors to client, do not worry about GUI
• Find the top-most window differently
• Let the caller pass a window/view object
