Add a single filter
Save the pipeline to a file.
Note the Window Title will be the name of the Pipeline file.
Add another file. The window title now changes to "Untitled".

A file that does not exist may be passed into the SIMPLView application but no check if performed to validate the file path. This may lead to application crashes.

DevHelper has the older code generators for the separate input/output file widgets, but no code generator for the new abstract widget; this causes a compile error when the a dynamically generated file attempts to include a code generator header for the abstract widget.

Deleting the last filter in a pipeline turns the start button green and capable of being interacted with. Creating an new pipeline has this button grayed out, and it cannot be clicked.

Replace instances of shared_array and random number generators with those from DataArray<> or std::random namespace

The pipeline view widget does not accept drops from the toolbox widget.
