move invoke before getting all istartupmodules.

Currently the DotNetStarter.Structuremap ILocator only supports greediest constructors even if empty is specified in the registration.

When ILocatorConfigure.Completed is invoked the container should lock and not allow further changes, which will be a breaking change as its current state allow for registrations after completed.

current package relies on older DotNetStarter.Internal.TypeExtensions, which is now in abstractions.

The following packages need to be signed:

• DotNetStarter.Abstractions
• DotNetStarter
• DotNetStarter.Web
• DotNetStarter.Owin

DotNetStarter should require an ILocator package, if one is not set, an error should be thrown with a link to information on adding a locator package.

Perhaps asynclocal can be used used in HttpContextAccessor.

Create an assembly attribute that can be used to simplify if an assemblies types should be scanned.
