Exception when target returns unexpected data
When a request returns something unexpected, TopicSource.cs#L47 throws a System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException
You can try it with these parameters:

80
After some time it throws the exception. Is that something you'll consider catching, or do you want the implementing code to handle it?
