Rebuild Project Files not mentioned in setup/configuration of project.

I assume there is no need to regenerate the project files after I add the plugin?
< You will, the project files will need to be regenerated whenever any changes occur that arent through the MSVS editor
that might have been the problem then
It wasn't said in the readme to do that

Can’t compile Flathead in VS2013 over UE 4.7, Win 8.1 64bit. error C2065 and error C2661

Can’t compile Flathead in VS2013 over UE 4.7, Win 8.1 64bit.
Flathead and v8 are in:
1)f:\UnrealEngine\Engine\Plugins\Flathead
2)f:\UnrealEngine\Engine\Plugins\Flathead\ThirdParty\v8
The errors are (in UE4.log):
1)f:\UnrealEngine\Engine\Plugins\Flathead\Source\Flathead\Private\Flathead.cpp(448): error C2065: 'THRESH_VECTORS_ARE_PARALLEL' : undeclared identifier
2)f:\UnrealEngine\Engine\Plugins\Flathead\Source\Flathead\Private\Flathead.cpp(448): error C2661: 'v8::Template::Set' : no overloaded function takes 1 arguments
3)ERROR : UBT error : Failed to produce item: f:\UnrealEngine\Engine\Plugins\Flathead\Binaries\Win64\UE4Editor-Flathead.dll

Cannot open include file: 'v8.h':

During compilation this error was occured. UE 4.7.1, windows 8.1 64bit.
I put ThirdParty (with v8) in many directories in UE4FlyingGame-master or in Engine/Source of Unreal Engine directory, but without success

Project Status

I've noticed the latest commit was "a year ago" (Sep. 25th 2014). I've also noticed the official website to this project offered a discount on the community license until May 31st 2015... "as long as it is in active development."

I couldn't find any "on ice" notification anywhere, or an alternative source for the website, so all I have left to assume is that the project has died.

So the ultimate question is: what's up with this project?
