I am currently engaged in a study on breast cancer spatial proteomics and am interested in the intercellular neighborhood interactions mentioned in your GitHub project, particularly within the 08_proteinPanel_neighbourhood section. I noticed that the critical file Object_relationships_ProteinPanel.csv, which contains the relationship table of these interactions, is missing from the project's documentation and resources.

Could you please provide access to this file, or guide me on how to obtain or generate it? Thank you for your assistance!
