Tolk is a web interface for doing i18n translations packaged as an engine for Rails 3.2 applications. NOTE: Forked to bend Tolk a bit towards allowing me to use its translations in a legacy PHP app. The branch topic/unobtrusive-serialization makes sure that UTF-8 hex literals are persisted as their actual characters in the DB. Furthermore ya2yaml is used to serialize if possible because it creates lighter YAML markup. Which means less special code in PHP or other languages to work with the translation data. The branch is based on the tag 1.3.9.
