dotcopter dotfile?

Would like to see a .dotcopter or maybe an env variable like DOTCOPTER_INSTALL_CONF_PATH that I can set so I don't have to point dotcopter to the file every time.
Since the path is almost always the same it would make sense to default to something the user can set (probably the env variable is better)
