Falls out of full screen mode easily about bootcards HOT 5 CLOSED

It's working more reliably now but just failing in one specific case - the exact sequence of steps that I detailed above. I was pretty careful to try and flush the browser cache. I cleared the Safari browser history, data and cookies. Then I quit Safari. Then I rebooted the iPad. Then I went to the staging URL and added it to the Home screen.

One small new bug has been introduced - Bootcards should initially load into the Dashboard screen, but it doesn't seen to do this anymore (goes to Companies instead)

It does load into the Dashboard screen. But... you need to enter the URL (bootcards-staging.herokuapp.com) into Safari and then directly add it to your homescreen. If you first navigate into companies, the URL changes (bootcards-staging.herokuapp.com) and if you then add it to your home screen, that URL is stored as the initial page.

I managed to reproduce the breaking-out issue too. Seems to be very specific to the architecture of the demo app and the technology (pjax for partials) being used. I'll investigate some more...
