Flicker when menu sidebar opened on iPad about bootcards HOT 5 CLOSED

Mark knows more about the sidebar menu than me. Any ideas what's causing this flicker Mark?

I implemented a plugin called jasny-bootstrap for the slide in menu. I'll take a look if it is the implementation or the plugin that's causing it. If it's the plugin, I'll look for an alternative: there are lots of alternatives available.

Will remove the jasny-bootstrap dependency from the bootcards demo app. Updated styles in this project to not make it depend on that anymore. See 048b03b

BTW: if you want a slide-over effect (instead of a push-the-main-content-away effect): just disable the #main selector classes in the bootstrap demo app CSS.
