Add a command line argument that disables all the output of the script itself.

Add support for -c option, to pole URL (via curl)

figure out how to poll directory without giving the slash at the end of path.

poll /tmp 'echo change detected at date'

should be the same as

poll /tmp/ 'echo change detected at date'

Support -o option for 'obtaining' a file. This should allow the user to specify commands that produce a file

e.g. -o 'cat file.txt | tail -n 5'
