When the shutdown of a VM is scheduled for the start of it and end at the same time, happend that the HandleEndShutdown doesn't start.

Solutions:

• Check after the start RR's are done if there are any ending RR in an active status
• Force that always any RR's end is some second after the start

When I try to change the wake-up interval time I got https://gist.github.com/1064661 . But if you write an integer no problem. This can be happening when parsing the config file.

When running in ONE mode, in the HandleEndShutdown, Haizea try to fetch the sanity-check option of the config file, but because it is no neccesary unless you are in the simulation mode, it raise an exception, but this should not happend and this option shouldn't be accesible if running in this mode because if not it can't delay vm's and more.

The solutions: Disable this option in opennebula mode and force to not ask for it.

When Haizea runs in opennebula mode, if a host has more than one cpu, it creates a multi-resource of the CPU resources. But in the case of the VM no, it creates just one CPU resource of 800 and not 8 of 100.
