Files need to be formatted like this

var initialCourseArray = new Array();
initialCourseArray = [
{"name":"ENGL1013"},
{"name":"dasfsd"},
false];

The issue is in header.php
Right now array on line 5 has the degree plans.
This needs to be changed so you get the degree plans from /JS/DegreePlans/ "Example: /JS/DegreePlans/Computer Science.js -> is in the list as Computer Science"

I expected to have one course grabber because have multiple just passes the problem of modularity up a level. Talk to me if unsure how to do this.

Also the js file they produce needs to change format again. it should look like this:
initialCourseArray.push([{"name":"NAME OF FILE"},[
{courses like before}
"false"]]);
