It would be cool to use these for loaders. Spinning doesn't make sense, but could move a gradient in the background maybe?
There are still a ton of vertices in the state outlines. Most of the time, this resolution isn't needed. I should investigate topojson as well as routines in Illustrator/Sketch for ways to reduce the number of points.
