Remove sync command
Defaults do not have a modified at timestamp, so we can't really sync these settings. For now, leave the job of deciding if dutiful should do a backup or restore to our users.
Ignore defaults on linux machines.
Sync alfred
Alfred has builtin sync support, so if the user has it enabled, we should not sync all the files.

Sync OS X screenshot location
There are several configuration options, it's probably better to divide them into several files by domain (e.g. com.apple.screencapture) so it's easier to disable some from syncing.
