As a package used by several projects, gostrocks could be transferred to the World Bank.

Is there any appetite for creating hosted documentation (likely via Sphinx) to provide an easy way for users to peruse the available functions? Maybe some information about installation, dependencies, and "getting started" with links to other tutorials and material?

Let me know if this is of interest, I'd be happy to help come up with a basic continuous integration workflow via GitHub Actions to get some documentation started, just figured I'd ask before writing any code.
