minimum arguments?

Thanks for sharing.
I have a phase coherency matrix (2D) and I thought if I feed that into any of these functions, along with channel names, I may be able to get some plots out, but it seems that I was wrong.
So would any of the included plotting functions work with simply having this matrix and channel names as an input, or do I really need all other input arguments? If not, what would be the minimum number of inputs arguments one may need, to be able to plot any type of connectivity network, using this toolbox?

"zero-size array" error with circular plot

the circular plot gives the following error:
"ValueError: zero-size array to reduction operation fmin which has no identity"

same data works fine with heatmap()
Data that is passed on is the result of the connectivity matrix from MNE (where only the bottom triangle of the connectivity matrix is computed and upper triangle is zero) as follows:
'coh' as connectivity method, averaged over selected frequency, so a 64 by 64 connectivity matrix. 95th percentile is taken to reduce the number of connections.
