This web3 connection is necessary because it will allow community members to use their per-stream POAP tokens to claim their $LEAP tokens.

• Need to import ethers and use the Ethers.window element to connect to web3 wallets
• Need to then scan connected wallets to verify that they have POAP tokens gifted by the Leap Team

• MVP Functionalities:

1. Create a chrome extension for leap that tracks stream watchtime for specific streams.
2. Drop rewards or viewers who watched enough of a specific stream.

• we have two targeted audiences:

1. Viewers.
2. Streamers

• Viewers only need to download our extension and provide their
  public wallet address.

• Streamers need to verify themselves so that we insert them in our
  system.

we need a twitch bot that will send a message to N users after they have been parsed from the StreamElements json output

we need to bridge to Polygon so that the airdrops executed by the Leap Team can be 'gassless'
