index.html is our product list and includes:
[+]next to each product to add to cart
[show cart] button to display cart
[checkout] button would display cart as well
on mouseover the item would expand to show more info

[checkout] at bottom pops up every time you add an item and prompts for checkout?

shopping cart
has default qty of 1 (we can change quantity later)
[-] next to each item in cart to delete, also will update cart subtotal
displays subtotal

[checkout] button expands the cart
to display subtotal, sales tax and grand total

[pay with cash] [pay with card]

if cash, only input is amount tendered and then calc change,
if card, inputs include card#, expiration, cvv, cardname
[complete payment] which would trigger the receipt

I have changed the items on the menu to be clickable. So clicking on the item will add it to the shopping cart (eventually).

So things I'm working on with the Menu Item:

1. Adding description and price below (later we can decide if we want a button to hide/show this additional info).

2. Clicking on the item name (for now) will add it to the shopping cart (for real).

I need your help for these issues:

3. How to display the menu item so the user knows it is clickable, like add a + button somewhere?

4. How to indicate that the menu item has been added to the shopping cart, change the + button to something else? But that would keep user from adding another. Display another button?

5. We also need HTML formatting for the description & price which I'm adding now!

I can add any HTML you like to the item list so get creative! And feel free to add a static item to the index.html for testing purposes. Works well for me because I can then copy your html into the code! THANKS!!
