Tip card size varies depending on size of tip

This is particularly jarring with auto-reload enabled. When you reload the page, the tip card can resize, which makes the settings toggle, GitHub logo and the link to PragProg.com jump around a bit.

What would be ideal is for the height of the card to be fixed so that the toggle and other items stay in place. The height of the card would still need to flex as the screen is resized

Reload time is not set when using numeric controls

Steps to reproduce:

  • Open a fresh session - nothing in local storage
  • Open settings toggle
  • Enable auto reload
  • Set the value with the numeric increase/decrease controls instead of typing the number
  • Take focus from the input
  • Reload page
  • Reload time is not set
