Hello! I'm having some issues with logging of numbers/dates and would like your assistance.

This is GTM assistant's payload:

This is what I'm getting in console logs:

In my form, DOB is specified as date and Purchase Quantity and Price is specified as number. From what I can see the payload GTM is sending to Braze is correct but seems to get rejected. How do I fix this?

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Ensure a GTM purchase event is fired using the standard ecommerce json
2. Include two distinct purchases in the items array

Expected Result:

• Braze logs a purchase of both items for the user

Actual Result:

• Braze logs only a single purchase and it appears to be the second item in the array

Hi there,
At the moment our custom events which we would like to send to braze are only transferred to braze when we load the Braze Init tag before the actual event via the tag sequencing function within GTM.

If we do not load the Base tag before, the custom event is not pushed to braze. Do you know why? The Braze Base Init tag loads on every page_view so it doesn't seem correct to us that we need to load it again when pushing a custom event.

Any help is as always highly appreciated.

Hi, how can we capture multiple items with the braze action tag? When I select purchase I am only able to capture and send one item to braze. How can we handle multiple items?

We would like to add or update one or more customer attributes when firing a braze action tag. At the moment this it not possible because it is only allows to add event properties via the GTM template.

For example:

We have a custom user attribute called “last_used_product” (ex. app_ios, app_android, web, etc). This custom user attribute should be updated/added when a user triggers the add_to_cart event so our CRM team can use this information to better personalize their campaigns.

We cannot use it as an event property because those information are only stored for 30 days in braze.

Thanks for submitting a template to the gallery, there were a few issues in your template that needed to be resolved ahead of approving the template for the gallery.

1. The readme.md doesn't provide any information. Instead it redirects user to the gallery page which is irrelevant. Please provide valid information if any about the template.
