Background

Markers can be used to show the location of movable items on a map (e.g. player characters) or points of interest.

Objective

To complete this task the follow items must be true:

• The maps tree now has two expandable sections, maps and markers
• Markers can be added from a menu item
• Markers can be dragged on to and dropped on to the markers section of the tree
• Markers do not have an alternative image for the remote view
• Clicking on a marker shows it in the map view
• Markers can be dragged on to a map
• Markers can be moved and resized
• A marker can only be associated with a single map
• Markers are always shown in the remote view for the map they are associated with (respecting the "push" settings)

The idea is that the map controller can point at things in the remote window.

• Apply Apache 2.0 license header to each source file
• Add appropriate LICENSE files to the project

The app currently doesn't have an app icon. To provide an app icon please provide the following assets as png files (transparency is allowed):

16x16
32x32
64x64
128x128
256x256
512x512

Ideally you would add them to the AppIcon image set in the project, but if you're not an Xcode user please place them in the docs/ folder and create a PR.
