I'm not 100% sure this is an issue with the syntax highlighter, but if in Sublime Text I use CTRL+/ (or select the equivalent from the menu), it does not toggle the comment status of the current line as expected (as it does for other languages). Neither does `CTRL+SHIFT+/' for a block comment.

I'm using Sublime Text 3.1.1 build 3176 on Windows 10, syntax highlighter installed via Package Control.

Command blocks should be highlighted either:

• Correctly
• Not at all

Since correctly is really hard, I'm tempted to say "greyed out like a block comment" initially and then work out the details from there.

It seems like the wdl syntax highlighting on Github is a bit off. See, e.g. https://github.com/HumanCellAtlas/skylab/pull/51/files

where keywords such as input, if, etc are getting highlighted everywhere, as opposed to only being highlighted when used as keywords.

I've been using Sublime for reading and writing WDLs (I like lightweight text editors).
This plugin has been very helpful.

However, given WDL itself has gone through several major changes since the last time this repo has been touched, I am wondering if this plugin will be maintained any longer.

Recognize command <<< ... >>> as a command block and highlight accordingly.

The command section is currently not highlighted. It should be easy to just drag and drop VScode's existing Bash syntax highlighting into the command section. It would make development much better.
