I'm getting the same issue here, an MTP error 2005 when I press "capture" and
200A when I click "Capture NoAF".

Exactly the same details as Pedro; Default mode, D3100 via USB, Win7 x64, but
this is the first time I've used both the camera and the software together.
That is, it's the first software package I've found that even recognises the
camera is there so it's certainly a start! Now... is LV ever going to be
possible I wonder?

Happy new year!

Johno

I realised that if I disable the native drivers in settings I'm able to get it
to work.

I had the same issue in combination with the D3200. The error 2005 code is gone
with the new software, now there is a new one 'Operation not supported'. Thanks!

Camera: Nikon D3200
Software: 0.9.413
