docs: Add network ranges for Virtual Box

My machine does not have a network interface with an ip range 10.0.0.0/x and I got the following error while trying to build any machine:

Bringing machine 'ubuntu2004' up with 'virtualbox' provider...
==> ubuntu2004: Checking if box 'ubuntu/focal64' version '20211026.0.0' is up to date...
==> ubuntu2004: Clearing any previously set network interfaces...
The IP address configured for the host-only network is not within the
allowed ranges. Please update the address used to be within the allowed
ranges and run the command again.

  Address: 10.0.2.26
  Ranges: 192.168.56.0/21

Valid ranges can be modified in the /etc/vbox/networks.conf file. For
more information including valid format see:

  https://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch06.html#network_hostonly

By applying the solution provided in the virtualbox link it solves de problem.

I was wondering if it could be useful to add a troubleshooting section in the README.md. @brushknight what are you thoughts?
