Right now you have the conf includes hard linked. Find out the location of the script with the BASH_SOURCE variable.

When you are on Linux, Ubuntu at least, this profile won't load until you log in and log out. The documentation should either remind you of that, or the code should check to see if the .bash_profile (login shell) file is loaded from .bashrc (non-login shell).

I am not sure of the source, but tab filename auto-complete stops working when this is installed.

Right now the homebrew commands are throwing an error if you are on a Linux machine.

No command 'brew' found, did you mean:

Write a conditional to except this from Linux systems.

Just because you are on OSX doesn't mean you want to run MacVim or even Gui mode. Fix this assumption.

Right now the system requires that you place the files in a specific path. I'd like to prevent this in the long run. Especially since it would be nice to keep the system in a Dropbox across multiple machines.
