updatable is introduced by CableReady, which is included by the bullet_train package. Not sure why this isn't loading automatically like it does in other repositories.

File upload progress bar should have centered percentage label.

Currently the label is centered on the progress bar itself like so:

Instead, it should always be centered. However, there's a snag: the progress bar goes from dark to light, and the percentage label should go from black to white as the bar passes the 50% mark.
